Binance will distribute Nokia (NOK) dividends through bStocks to users holding NOKB balances, and after deducting applicable withholding tax, fees, costs, and other expenses, the net cash dividend amount will be reinvested as additional units or fractional shares of the same security. Eligible users will receive the dividend in the form of NOKB bStocks stock tokens.

Users holding NOKB balances on-chain will receive bStocks dividends through a multiplier adjustment.

Users holding NOKB at the snapshot time of 08:00 on July 28, 2026 (UTC+8) will receive stock dividends.
