BlockBeats News, July 27th, the South Korean Blue House stated on the 25th that, taking the opportunity of the San Francisco Artificial Intelligence Summit, South Korean companies have reached a total of $950 billion in semiconductor cooperation with global tech giants.
Specifically, Samsung Electronics and Broadcom have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, and the two parties will cooperate over the next five years on a $200 billion high-end storage chip supply and AI chip wafer fabrication production; SK Group will collaborate with NVIDIA and other global tech giants to advance a $750 billion, five-year long-term supply cooperation of high-end storage chips.
However, at present, the large orders have not been able to boost the South Korean stock market. According to Bitget, SK Hynix opened higher this morning but has since fallen back, with a current decline of over 0.8%. As a result, the South Korean KOSPI index has fallen by 0.93%.
Analysis points out that the phenomenon of "good news is bad news" has appeared, proving that the current global market no longer responds positively to AI-related good news.
