The UK Bitcoin Treasury company Satsuma will sell 668 bitcoins and initiate delisting

BlockBeats News, July 22: Shareholders of the UK Bitcoin Treasury company Satsuma have approved the sale of 668 BTC reserves and initiated the delisting process. The company will sell all 668 BTC, with the delisting expected to be completed on September 14, 2026, and the payment and CREST transfer to be completed on September 28.

Satsuma's Bitcoin reserve strategy lasted less than a year and had previously raised $218 million through convertible notes. Subsequently, some of the Bitcoins were sold to repay noteholders who had not converted. As of April this year, the company's stock price has fallen by over 99% from its peak.
