After the merger of Alibaba's three major agents, the new entity is named Qianwen Office, with Chennyu Sen leading the unified product strategy.

According to Omdia research, Alibaba is planning to launch an enterprise office AI assistant called "Q&A Office." The new product will be based on the desktop AI assistant QoderWork, integrating DingTalk's Lingxiao and Alibaba Cloud's MuleRun, under the leadership of DingTalk CEO Chen Yuxin.

Alibaba had confirmed the merger of the three products earlier in July. At that time, only the integration direction was announced without disclosing the new product's name. The naming of "Q&A Office" this time indicates that the three separate product lines will be unified under the Q&A brand, becoming Alibaba's key product for entering the enterprise AI office market.

The three products originally had different focuses. QoderWork could operate local files and applications, Lingxiao connected DingTalk's organizational and collaborative capabilities, and MuleRun was responsible for task execution and workflow reuse. After the integration, Alibaba will no longer have similar products competing for users and resources.
