10 Rules to Help Claude Cut the Chatter, This 'ADHD Plugin' Is Gaining Popularity

According to Dynamic Insight monitoring, a third-party Claude Code Skill named i-have-adhd is gaining popularity in the developer community. It uses 10 rules to constrain Claude's response style, making the answers more direct and easier to execute.

These rules include:

1. The first line should directly state the action.
2. Use numbering for multi-step tasks.
3. Briefly explain the current progress in each round.
4. Provide specific time and quantity.
5. List up to 5 items at a time.
6. Only retain the information currently needed.
7. Proactively suppress off-topic discussions and expansion suggestions.
8. Clearly instruct the user on the next steps to take.
9. Eliminate polite introductions and redundant summaries.
10. Avoid ineffective closings such as "Hope this helps."

The project has currently received about 1100 Stars on GitHub. It does not enhance Claude's reasoning ability but is essentially a stricter output standard.
