BlockBeats News, July 17, 2026 – At the opening ceremony of the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Yin Qi, Chairman of StepLeap Star and Qianli Technology, attended the conference as a special guest and delivered a keynote speech at the main forum (morning session) titled "When Intelligent Agents Enter the Physical World." Yin Qi stated that the next wave of AI industry breakthrough will come from the integration of intelligent agent models with next-generation end products. Intelligence is stepping out of the digital screen and entering the real physical world, driving the industry to undergo three major structural changes in new systems, new carriers, and a new network.
Yin Qi predicted that by 2026, model capabilities have crossed a crucial threshold. AI has evolved from executing simple tasks in seconds to being able to work independently for dozens of hours. Programming languages are becoming the core benchmark for AI advancement after natural language. The industry as a whole is now standing at the foot of the AGI peak. With technological iteration, intelligent agents are becoming the smallest unit of productivity. In the future, professional scenarios such as engineers, designers, and researchers will have dedicated intelligent agents, enabling individuals to possess team-level production capabilities.
Yin Qi pointed out that the wave of intelligent agents will bring about three major underlying industrial changes: firstly, at the new system level, the intelligence of the agent is determined by both the model's capabilities and the Agentic OS (Agent Operating System) capabilities. The latter connects models with data, tools, and devices, determining the actual operational boundaries of the intelligent agent, and will become the core infrastructure of the intelligent agent era. Secondly, at the new carrier level, the terminal design concept will shift from "human-centric" to "human-machine symbiosis." Computers, phones, cars, and robots will become multi-scenario carriers of the same intelligent agent, supporting intelligent cross-terminal continuous existence, free migration, and collaborative task completion. Thirdly, at the new network level, an A2A (Agent to Agent) network will be established, composed of humans and intelligent agents, forming a human-machine symbiotic value network. Intelligent agents will have independent identities and credit systems, enabling autonomous collaboration and transactions, becoming the underlying support of the intelligent agent economy.
