The United States Officially Launches 337 Investigation on DRAM Devices and Their Downstream Products and Components (II), with Samsung Electronics, Google, NVIDIA, and Others Named as Defendants

BlockBeats News, July 16th, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to initiate a 337 investigation (Investigation No. 337-TA-1511) into certain Dynamic Random Access Memory Devices and products containing the same, as well as components thereof.


The U.S. International Trade Commission will determine the target date for the investigation within 45 days after institution. Except for cases where relief is disapproved by the U.S. Trade Representative for policy reasons, remedial orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in 337 cases are effective upon issuance and become final 60 days after issuance.
