According to Dynamic Beating monitoring, Anthropic is arranging management meetings with potential investors to gauge interest ahead of its IPO. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan are involved in the preparations. The official roadshow and offering have not yet commenced. The earliest possible listing could be in October, but the timing is still subject to change.
In June, Anthropic confidentially submitted its listing documents to the SEC, without disclosing the issuance size and price. In May, it raised $65 billion, valuing the company at $965 billion post-investment, surpassing OpenAI's $852 billion valuation for the first time.
If all goes as planned, Anthropic is poised to go public before OpenAI. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are both participating in the IPOs of the two companies, but have set up separate teams to prevent information crossover.
