Foreign Media Reports SK hynix is Accelerating to Mass Produce HBM4 for NVIDIA

BlockBeats News, July 14th, according to foreign media reports, SK Hynix has officially started mass production and shipment of the 12-layer HBM4 targeting NVIDIA, and the product has entered the capacity ramp-up stage. Different from the previously supplied products classified as samples, this is the first time that HBM4 is in the final specification with all quality certifications completed, targeting NVIDIA's next-generation AI platform 'Vera Rubin'.
