Ethereum Co-Founder: Ethereum L1 Should Maintain Low Fees, with Tens of Thousands of Companies Expected to Deploy in the Next 2 to 3 Years

BlockBeats News, July 14th - Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin stated that Ethereum L1 fees should remain low to promote ecosystem growth. He expects that in the next 2 to 3 years, tens of thousands of companies will deploy on the Ethereum L1, L2, and permissioned EVM networks, enabling cross-layer interoperability.

Lubin believes that mass adoption will increase ETH's monetary premium and L1 total fee revenue. Additionally, staking and other locking mechanisms will reduce circulating supply. If ETH returns to a net burn status, its value is expected to rise further.
