The announcement also indicates that Shangxin Technology's security code/offline subscription code is "688825," and the online subscription code is "787825."

The announcement states that this issuance plans to publicly issue 6,688.088608 million shares (pre greenshoe option exercise), and the issuer has granted CICC up to 15.00% of the initial offering size as the greenshoe option. If the greenshoe option is fully exercised, the total number of shares issued will increase to 7,691.301608 million shares.
