After being publicly criticized for disrespectful behavior during a DeepSeek interview, Huawei's "Teenage Prodigy" Li Bojie faces allegations from former investors of taking money and disappearing.

According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, Huawei's first group of "Teen Geniuses," Li Bojie, complained about his interview experience at DeepSeek on social media, stating that he was accused of cheating during a coding interview and therefore chose to end the interview on the spot. This complaint quickly sparked a new controversy, with former investor and Web3 VC firm ABCDE co-founder Du Jun publicly accusing Li Bojie of "lacking the spirit of contract."

Du Jun accused Li Bojie and his partner Zhuang Siyuan of founding Metagent in 2024, receiving investment from ABCDE, and then refusing to fulfill the agreement obligations for financials and business progress, followed by disappearing without a trace. Du Jun stated that he could accept various project failures but could not accept the fraudulent behavior of founders taking the money and running.

Li Bojie resigned from Huawei in 2023 to co-found Logenic AI (later rebranded as Pine AI) and has not yet responded to these allegations.
