WeCom Introduces First Batch of AI Smart Pens: One-Click Meeting Minutes for Offline Meetings, Connecting Calendar with Workbench

According to Omdia Beating monitoring, Enterprise WeChat has partnered with hardware manufacturers to launch multiple AI smart pens, enabling end-to-end offline communication recording. These devices seamlessly integrate with the Enterprise WeChat video call application, allowing precise voice capture even in noisy environments such as trade shows, and enabling one-touch instant recording.

The video call application has integrated schedules and the workbench on the software side. When a scheduled meeting starts, the system will pop up a reminder to record to prevent omissions. The workbench has added a unified entry point to facilitate users in searching for past records. After the recording ends, the backend uses voiceprints to distinguish speakers, and AI automatically generates meeting summaries, assigns action items, transforming verbal communication directly into corporate digital assets.
