The Tokyo-based chipmaker stated that its latest high-density 3D flash memory chips have been improved in energy efficiency and data transfer speed. The company said that the storage capacity of the new generation 332-layer, 10th generation flash memory chip has increased by 59% compared to its previous flagship product - the 8th generation flash memory chip.
