Trump Claims Ignorance of Up to $1.43 Billion in Cryptocurrency Income by 2025

BlockBeats News, July 3rd. Today, Trump stated that he was unaware of his substantial cryptocurrency income. "There's nothing illegal about it, there's no issue here."

Earlier reports indicated that in early this month, according to the latest annual financial disclosure of U.S. President Trump, Trump's disclosed cryptocurrency and related business income in 2025 was approximately $1.43 billion using a broad measure; even with a narrow measure considering only token sales and related licensing income, it exceeded $1.1 billion, surpassing his traditional industry income. Among them, the cryptocurrency company World Liberty Financial, co-founded by him, his son, and senior government official Steven Witkoff, achieved sales revenue of over $594 million; the meme coin business CIC Digital LLC obtained $636 million in royalty income through licensing agreements, with the company's digital wallet holding at least $60 million in cryptocurrency; and also profited nearly $197 million through the sale of equity in Stablecoin Holdco. This figure is nearly twice his traditional business income.

Additionally, as of December 31, 2025, Trump personally holds about $100 million in cryptocurrency assets, including over $50 million in Bitcoin, $5 million to $25 million in Ethereum, and $5 million to $25 million in USDC.
