Iran Says It Will Launch Iran-US Final Agreement Negotiations in Due Course

BlockBeats News, July 1st, according to CCTV News, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi led a delegation from the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Central Bank, and other departments to visit Qatar. On the morning of the same day in Doha, he held a meeting with Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed to discuss the implementation of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding and to "remove existing obstacles" on issues such as implementing a ceasefire in Lebanon.

After Gharibabadi's meeting with Mohammed, representatives from Iran, Qatar, and Pakistan held a trilateral meeting in Doha to review the implementation of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding.

After the meeting, Gharibabadi stated that Iran has established a working group responsible for following up on the implementation of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding and negotiating the final agreement, but formal negotiations have not yet begun. Iran is continuing negotiations through a mediator to determine the time and place for its working group to engage in negotiations. The working group will formally enter into negotiations "if necessary conditions are met."
