SK Hynix Files for Nasdaq Listing

BlockBeats News, June 30th, according to market sources, SK Hynix has submitted an application to list on the NASDAQ.

On June 24th, SK Hynix announced plans to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won (approximately $29 billion) through an ADR listing. The American Depositary Receipt (ADR) is set to be listed in July. The proceeds will be used to build a factory in Korea and purchase EUV equipment.
