Securitize Approved for SPAC Merger, Set to List on NYSE with Ticker Symbol 'SECZ' on July 2nd

BlockBeats News, June 30th, Tokenization infrastructure company Securitize announced that, following the approval of its proposed merger with Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT), the company is expected to officially debut on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) for trading on July 2nd.


Securitize stated in a post that Cantor Equity Partners II shareholders have approved the business combination with Securitize, with the transaction expected to close this Wednesday.


Securitize said, "Upon completion of the transaction, the merged company will operate under the name Securitize Corp., and its common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on July 2, 2026, under the ticker symbol 'SECZ'."
