「NVIDIA Challenger」 CBRS Surges 18% Intraday, Outperforming Serenity's Buy Order Which Has Risen 27.4% in Three Days

BlockBeats News, June 30th, according to Hyperinsight monitoring, AI chip stock Cerebras (CBRS) saw a single-day surge, with a 24-hour gain of 17.9%, now trading at $216.54. Since the well-known US stock trader Serenity issued a long call and initiated a position at $170, the unrealized gain is now 27.4% based on the current price.


Hyperliquid whale data shows that the total short position is approximately $14.1 million, 3.73 times the long position ($3.8 million); the average short entry price is around $275.58, and the long position is around $207.2. Currently, the most recent short liquidation price is at $284.52, approximately 31.4% above the current price.


Among them, a whale who shorted at the high of $284.51 on May 15 (3x leverage, holding about $7.09 million) faced a squeeze during this recent surge. The unrealized gain dropped from around $3.98 million the previous day to about $2.27 million, experiencing a daily drawdown of approximately $1.7 million.


On the news front, several investment banks have collectively raised the company's target price. UBS raised the target price from $300 to $320, Morgan Stanley initiated coverage with an "Overweight" rating and a target price of $250, combined with ARK's increased holdings last week and Citi's optimism. The stock price has been steadily rebounding since hitting a historic low of $160.81 on June 26.
