As part of the arrangement, Virtue AI co-founder and UC Berkeley professor Dawn Song will join Meta as the VP of AI Research and will be part of the Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL), reporting to Head Nat Friedman alongside Virtue AI co-founder Bo Li; another co-founder, Sanmi Koyejo, will join Meta FAIR Lab.
