BlockBeats News, June 24th, according to the filing submitted to the SEC by SK Hynix, U.S. banks, Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase will serve as underwriters for its IPO.

BlockBeats reported today that South Korean storage chip giant SK Hynix plans to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won (approximately $29 billion) through issuing American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in New York, with the transaction set to kick off in July. If successful, this fundraising amount will surpass Alibaba's $25 billion IPO in 2014, making it one of the largest overseas equity financing projects in South Korean corporate history and approaching a global capital market historical record.
