Iranian Foreign Ministry: Iran Will Follow Up on US Commitment

Baghaei said that the meeting held that day in Switzerland aimed to follow up on the implementation of relevant provisions in the Iran-US understanding memorandum. According to Article 13 of the memorandum, the initiation of final agreement negotiations depends on the implementation of Articles 1, 4, 5, 10, and 11. It is impossible to enter the final agreement negotiation stage until these articles, especially Article 1 (ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon), are implemented. The focus of the day's talks was on the implementation of the above-mentioned articles, especially Article 1.
