Sonic Labs Announces Management Changes: Andre Cronje and Two Others Resign from Board, Matt Visser to Serve as CEO

BlockBeats News, June 20th, Sonic Labs announced that Michael Kong, Andre Cronje, and David Richardson will resign from the Sonic Labs board. The three will still be watching Sonic's success and will fully hand over their responsibilities, ceasing to make operational decisions for the organization.

Sonic Labs also announced that Matt Visser will serve as CEO, and Kosta Kourkoumelis will serve as COO. The new management's primary focus is not to release a roadmap but to focus on operational discipline and rebuilding trust. Matt Visser stated, "I'm not here to promise an immediate turnaround. I will make Sonic 1% better every day and compound that improvement."

Sonic Labs stated that the current token price and community sentiment are at a low point and mentioned that the next 100 days will be seen as a new Day 1, with the goal of making small daily improvements. Sonic Labs pledged to advance transparent governance, establish a dedicated risk and compliance committee, prioritize the community, reduce vague announcements, and provide clearer progress updates.
