OKX Star Questions CZ's 'Hyperliquid Non-compliance' Remarks

BlockBeats News, June 17th, OKX Founder and CEO Star responded on social media to CZ's recent comment in an interview that "Hyperliquid's innovation is actually great, but (due to compliance issues) I will never do what they are doing." Star stated:

"CZ is fully aware of the legal and regulatory risks involved, but still created a shell company to copy Hyperliquid's business model, promoted the company himself, and highly shared resources. Perhaps creating such an independent shell entity is their way of compliance. If the business model, resources, personnel, and incentive mechanisms are basically the same, then what is the real difference?"
