Prior to this announcement, SK Hynix's recruitment notices specified requirements such as "applicants must have at least a four-year bachelor's degree." After removing this requirement, as long as an applicant's work experience, job skills, and alignment with the corporate culture meet the requirements of the position, they can apply regardless of their educational background.
