Thetanuts Finance, a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol, has reportedly been attacked, resulting in a loss of approximately $2.1 million.

BlockBeats News, June 15th, According to the monitoring by blockchain security firm PeckShield Alert, Thetanuts Finance has reportedly experienced an attack, with initial estimated losses of around $2.1 million.

According to reports, approximately $2 million worth of options tokens were recovered through a "white-hat" approach. The attacker then exchanged around $10,500 USDC for about 60 ETH and still holds around $34,000 USDC worth of option token assets. Further details of the incident are still being verified, and there is currently no official comprehensive postmortem or vulnerability disclosure report released.
