Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are expected to each receive approximately $100 million in underwriting fees from the SpaceX IPO.

BlockBeats News, June 14th, according to WSJ report, based on a regulatory filing and people familiar with the matter, the total underwriting fee for SpaceX's IPO is approximately $500 million, representing about 0.7% of its $75 billion fundraising.


Lead underwriters Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will take the largest share, with the two together receiving 40% of the fee, around $100 million each. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan are expected to receive approximately $75 million each, while several other banks are expected to receive around $10 million or less each.
