BlockBeats News, June 12th - According to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Iran has not made any commitments to transfer control of the Strait of Hormuz, as per a memorandum of understanding with the United States. The future management of the strait will be addressed as a regional issue through dialogue and joint decision-making between Iran and Oman. The current memorandum does not involve any agreement on the nuclear issue. Nuclear negotiations will take place within 60 days of the agreement's signing.
