The Hang Seng Tech Index to Include SpaceX

BlockBeats News, June 12th. Hang Seng Indexes Company announced that SpaceX will go public on June 12, 2026. As a result, the Hang Seng TECH Index will include a new Space Exploration Technology company (SpaceX, stock symbol: SPCX.O) in the designated U.S. component stock list (currently: Big Tech Seven).

The weights of the eight U.S. listed component stocks will be recalculated to equal weight after the market close on June 23, 2026 (SpaceX's 7th trading day). The new component stocks and updated weights will take effect on June 29, 2026 (SpaceX's 11th trading day).
