According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, AI-powered office startup Genspark has completed a $100 million Series B+ funding round, valuing the company at $2.6 billion post-investment. Investors in this round include existing investors Sozo Ventures, UpHonest Capital, and Mirae Asset.
This new funding round has propelled Genspark's valuation by 63% in three months, bringing its total funding to over $645 million.
Founded in late 2023 in Silicon Valley by former Baidu Group VP and Xiaodu Technology CEO Eric Jing, former Xiaodu CTO Kay Zhu, and MIT Ph.D. and Smarking founder Wen Sang, Genspark focuses on building an AI-native search engine and automated workflows based on Multi-Agent Collaboration (MoA) architecture to tackle the complex daily tasks of enterprise knowledge workers.
