BlockBeats News, June 10th, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas revealed that BlackRock has submitted the fourth and potentially final version of the S-1 filing for its new product, the Bitcoin Premium Income ETF called 「iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA)」. For the first time, they disclosed a management fee of 0.65%, which is higher than similar products such as the spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT.
BITA is expected to provide investors with an income-enhancement strategy by holding a Bitcoin exposure and selling call options. It is also anticipated that BITA will soon receive approval for listing.
