According to Innoveillance Beating monitoring, Liquid AI has released the on-device privacy-preserving tool ShieldFlow. ShieldFlow supports running a built-in Liquid Foundation Model locally, which can automatically identify and mask sensitive data on the device to prevent the flow of privacy information to the cloud. During operation, ShieldFlow does not require GPU power, has very low memory usage, and can run offline in real-time on the vast majority of basic personal computers.
At the recent Microsoft Build 2026 developer conference, ShieldFlow was showcased as part of the Foundry Local initiative. Furthermore, during the on-site Taipei International Computer Exhibition (COMPUTEX 2026), ShieldFlow also conducted live demonstrations on AMD laptops.
Liquid AI has now opened early access applications for ShieldFlow.
