SpaceX: Has Launched IPO Roadshow, Aiming to Publicly Offer 555,555,555 Shares of Class A Common Stock

BlockBeats News, June 4th, SpaceX announced that it has launched its first initial public offering (IPO) roadshow, planning to issue 555,555,555 shares of Class A common stock to the public. Retail investors will be able to participate in this offering at the same price as large institutional investors. The expected offering price is $135 per share.


SpaceX has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the Nasdaq Texas Exchange under the ticker symbol SPCX.
