According to Oberserve Beating monitoring, Jensen Huang announced during GTC Taipei 2026 that NVIDIA and Microsoft are not just redefining the laptop, but the entire PC category. He unveiled three new Windows products in one go, covering laptops, desktops, and workstations, all 100% Windows compatible, 100% supporting CUDA and Tensor Core.
The three product lines are: RTX Spark Laptop (featuring N1X SoC, targeting consumers and creators); RTX Spark Desktop (initially launched by MSI, capable of running a personal AI Agent 24/7, connecting all household devices, acting as a "home AI hub"); and DGX Station for Windows Workstation (768GB memory, 20 PFLOPS computing power, 8 TB/s memory bandwidth, able to run trillion-parameter models on the desktop, targeting large-scale models and Agent developers).
Subsequently, Jensen Huang made a bold prediction. He likened this PC transformation to the leap from basic phones to smartphones 15 to 20 years ago: "Today, you do everything with your phone except make phone calls. The PC in 10 years will be the same, entirely different from what you understand as a PC today." He predicted that in the future, every household will have an AI supercomputer, just like every home has a home theater or a game console today. "It will run your Agent and assistant 24/7, helping you with various tasks. Over time, it will become more like R2-D2 and C-3PO, rather than a computer."
