BlockBeats News, May 30th - Developer donnoh disclosed that due to a recent upgrade-related vulnerability, the state update of the Base Network has been stalled for over 30 hours. However, since withdrawing Base to the Ethereum mainnet itself requires about a 7-day challenge period, most ordinary users have not significantly felt this anomaly. Subsequently, the official Base status page issued a notice confirming that the issue originated from a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) enclave-related failure, which interrupted the network governance proposal process, thereby affecting the state update process.
The officials stated that currently, the Base mainnet withdrawal functionality has experienced delays, and the team is working on the fix. Apart from the withdrawal process, other core network components have not been directly affected.
