As Media Calls It, U.S.-Iran Reconciliation Memorandum Not Approved by Iranian Supreme Leader

BlockBeats News, May 28th, Israeli i24News reporter Amichai Stein reported that Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has not yet approved the memorandum of understanding, which may also be one of the reasons why Trump did not nod in agreement. In fact, at the moment, there may only be some kind of consensus reached between Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi, Parliament Speaker Qalibaf, and US Special Envoy for Middle East Affairs Wietkamp and his team, but Iran's real top leadership, the ultimate decision-makers, have not said "agreed" yet.

Earlier news, the US and Iran have reached an agreement on a 60-day memorandum of understanding, awaiting final approval from Trump.
