BlockBeats News, May 27th, according to The Information, the AI company Anthropic is currently on track to achieve a nearly $45 billion annual revenue, while OpenAI's latest annual revenue is estimated to be around $33 billion, indicating that Anthropic's revenue may now be at least 35% ahead of OpenAI.

This situation marks a significant reversal from the end of 2025. At that time, Anthropic's annual revenue was around $9 billion, less than half of OpenAI's; however, since then, Anthropic's revenue has grown by about 5 times, while OpenAI has grown by about 50%.

The report also points out that Anthropic is currently mainly relying on enterprise AI, code generation, and white-collar work scenarios to achieve rapid growth, and may have already achieved quarterly operational profitability; in contrast, OpenAI still faces high computational power and consumer business cost pressures.
