Stablecoin Infrastructure Startup Checker Raises $8 Million

BlockBeats News, May 19th – Stablecoin infrastructure startup Checker has announced the completion of an $8 million financing round aimed at driving wider adoption of stablecoins through institutional-focused tools. The company's co-founder and CEO Jack Chong stated that this funding came from a late 2025 pre-seed and seed round. Major investors include Galaxy Ventures, Al Mada Ventures, and Framework Ventures. In addition, Latin America's Bitso partnered with Airtm, Africa's DFS Lab, and Asia's Onigiri Capital, SNZ Capital, and Velocity.


Several angel investors also participated, including Bam Azizi, Shivani Siroya, and Reid Cuming. However, Jack Chong did not disclose the funding round structure, company valuation, or whether investors have obtained board seats or observer positions.
