Trump: More Enriched Uranium Acquisition Was Mostly PR, Patience Running Thin

BlockBeats News, May 15th, during an interview with Fox News, Trump expressed that his patience with Iran was wearing thin, urged Tehran to reach an agreement with Washington, and also hinted that the demand to retrieve Iran's enriched uranium was more for creating a certain "perception" rather than for security reasons.

Trump stated, "My patience will not last too long, they should make a deal." When asked about the necessity of obtaining enriched uranium from Iran, Trump suggested that, besides for public relations purposes, this demand was actually not necessary. "To be honest, if we could get our hands on that enriched uranium, I would feel more reassured. But I think this is more for the sake of public relations than for any other purpose."
