The probability on Polymarket of the "Sell Any Bitcoin by End of Year" strategy has surged to 90%.

BlockBeats News, May 10th, the probability of the prediction market on Polymarket that "Strategy will sell any amount of Bitcoin held before the end of the year" has surged to 90% (from 12% on May 5th). Additionally, the probability of selling any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026, is 49%, and by June 30th, it is 75%.

Previously, Strategy's founder Michael Saylor broke the "never sell" stance for the first time, stating during the Q1 2026 earnings call live stream that the company may sell some of its Bitcoin holdings to pay a dividend. He said, "We might sell some Bitcoin to pay a dividend, with the key goal of desensitizing the market and signaling that, indeed, we have done so."
