Huang Renxun Predicts Agentic AI Will Transform the Physical Economy Such as Manufacturing and Logistics

According to One Million AI's monitoring, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang appeared at the ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 conference for the third consecutive year, sharing the stage with ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott, emphasizing that "Agentic AI" will bring about the largest transformation in the history of the software industry. The service industry is 100 times the size of the software industry, and AI is no longer just about thinking but about taking real action and executing enterprise work. NVIDIA itself has significantly accelerated the supercomputer provisioning process using ServiceNow, reducing it from 5 days to 5 minutes. Huang stated that the computing demand of Agentic AI has grown by 1000% compared to two years ago, which will fundamentally transform the manufacturing industry, logistics, and other real economy sectors.

ServiceNow has launched the AI Control Tower governance platform, Project Arc sandbox, Otto unified portal, and Action Fabric execution engine to help enterprises securely deploy and manage AI agents, control AI permissions like managing employees, and avoid risks such as AI mistakenly deleting databases. The FedEx case study demonstrates that it runs 5 million ServiceNow workflows monthly, treating AI agents as digital employees under strict governance. Huang predicted that the entire factory will be "operated by robots, managed by more robots, and the entire factory will be one giant robot."
