Elon Musk announced the dissolution of xAI as a standalone entity and its rebranding as SpaceXAI.

According to Watchful AI Monitoring, Musk stated on X that xAI will be dissolved as a standalone company and will subsequently operate under the name SpaceXAI, positioned as SpaceX's AI product line. This announcement coincided with SpaceX's collaboration with Anthropic to announce the Colossus 1 compute power, where the partnership announcement directly used the name SpaceXAI.

In February of this year, when SpaceX acquired xAI in an all-stock transaction, xAI had informed employees that there would be no renaming in the short term.

Furthermore, Musk also mentioned that the model training of SpaceXAI has been migrated to the larger-scale Colossus 2 cluster, leading to the rental of over 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs from Colossus 1 to Anthropic.
