According to Insight Beating monitoring, LeapMind Growth has completed its angel plus round of financing, with CMC Capital leading the investment, and the amount has not been disclosed. The company was founded in April 2025, and the founder Ma Ruping has been in charge of user growth at TikTok, Kuaishou, and miHoYo, managing a total of over $5 billion in growth budgets. The core team is from Bytedance, miHoYo, Kuaishou, and Meituan.
The company's core product, GrowthGPT, is an AI growth agent. After users set their goals and budget boundaries, the agent autonomously completes ad placement strategy development, ad creative iteration, cross-platform execution, and performance optimization. The system has built-in budget security protection and growth memory (business context accumulated across sessions), becoming more tailored to the business the longer it is used. The company claims that in some overseas markets' cold start ad placements, after end-to-end execution by GrowthGPT, the cost per customer acquisition is 70% lower than the target.
Ma Ruping said that his eight years of experience as a first-party indicate that over 80% of growth work has clear rules and can be handed over to the agent for execution. In the past, without suitable tools, they could only rely on manpower. GrowthGPT aims to systematize this 80% and allow people to focus on the remaining 20% of core decisions. This round of funding was provided by the CMC AI Creativity Fund established jointly by CMC Capital and Hong Kong Investment Management Limited.
