This update brings GPT-5.5 Fast mode (quickly invoked through the --fast parameter), browser extension support for extracting complete Reddit threads, direct extraction from local PDF files using the --extract feature, automatic model configuration, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) website compatibility fixes.

Summarize is a lightweight open-source tool that supports command-line CLI and Chrome sidebar extension, allowing one-click extraction of essential summaries from web pages, YouTube, PDFs, Podcasts, and more, compatible with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and local models.
