US-Iran Negotiations on Verge of Breakthrough, Nasdaq 100 Futures Up 1.5%, Oil Simultaneously Down

BlockBeats News, April 24th — Sources confirmed that the US-Iran talks in Islamabad are "highly likely to achieve a breakthrough," with a delegation led by Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi expected to arrive in the Pakistani capital tonight. Earlier today, the Iranian Foreign Minister held a phone conversation with the Pakistani Vice President and Foreign Minister, and both sides confirmed the news. The Pakistani Foreign Ministry stated that the two sides exchanged views on regional developments, ceasefire, and diplomatic efforts underway in the context of US-Iran engagement.


In addition, a US logistics and security team is already in Islamabad to participate in the peace talks.
