Volo Suffers Attack, Loses Approximately $3.5 Million

BlockBeats News, April 22, The Sui ecosystem liquidity mining platform Volo has experienced a security breach, with approximately $3.5 million in assets (including WBTC, XAUm, and USDC) stolen from three specific Vaults. Following the incident, the team promptly notified the Sui Foundation and ecosystem partners, and froze all Vaults to prevent further losses.

This breach only affected three Vaults, and the remaining Vaults do not have the same attack vector, with around $28 million TVL assets secure. The team will bear the loss from this incident, will not shift the loss to users, and will release a comprehensive post-incident report and remedy plan after the investigation is completed.
