HKUST Associate Vice-President Xu Jialong Confirms Attendance at "Web 4.0+AI" Hong Kong Theme Event

Brian Hui currently serves as the Associate Vice President of HKUST (Academic Development). He is a Professor of Information Systems, Business Statistics, and Operations Management. Having pursued his education from bachelor's to doctoral level at HKUST, Brian has been deeply involved in academia for over twenty years, receiving the Business School's "Franklin Excellence in Teaching Award" multiple times.

His research focuses on FinTech, cybersecurity and privacy, and Web3/digital economy, with related works published in top international journals such as "Management Science" and "MIS Quarterly." Additionally, he has been a consultant for the Hong Kong SAR Government, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and has served as the core academic leader for the HKUST EMBA program, bringing rich experience in integrating cutting-edge technology with business practices.
