BlockBeats News, April 18th - According to Al Jazeera, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said that negotiations cannot take place until both sides reach a mutual understanding on the framework for the talks. "We cannot schedule any negotiations until we agree on the framework," Araghchi said.
He emphasized that any agreement Iran makes in the negotiations must be able to uphold its rights under international law. Iran will not accept being an exception outside international law, nor will it give up its rights.
