ProducerAI has rebranded to Flow Music, launching Clip Replacement and Extension.

According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, in February of this year, the AI music creation platform ProducerAI, which joined Google Labs, announced that its product has been officially renamed to Google Flow Music, becoming part of the Google Flow family, accessible at flowmusic.google. Google Flow is an AI video generation suite released by Google at the 2025 I/O, originally covering only the video domain. This time, AI music capabilities have been added to the same product line. The official statement mentioned that the team and mission remain unchanged.

Simultaneously launched are two remix capabilities: replace and extend. Users can outline a specific section of a song using natural language prompts, handing it over to an intelligent agent named Producer for modifications. For example, users can extend a section of a lofi piano intro into a dubstep drop, replace multiple chorus sections at once, or have it generate 5 alternative versions of the same guitar solo.

This update shifts the AI-generated music workflow from "full song regeneration" to "local controllability." In the past, tools like Suno and Udio would require a full re-run and manual splicing when the generated results were unsatisfactory. Now, users can repeatedly make local changes to a song, keeping other parts unchanged, aligning more closely with the iterative rhythm of traditional music production.
