Iran Sets Three Conditions for Hormuz Strait Passage: Media

BlockBeats News, April 17th, according to Xinhua News Agency, Iran's Tasnim News Agency reported on the 17th that Iran has set three conditions for the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz:

First, passing ships must be commercial vessels, and military vessels are prohibited from passing. The ships and cargo must not be associated with hostile countries.

Second, ships must pass through Iran's designated waterway.

Third, ship passage must be coordinated with the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy.

The source also said that if the United States continues to enforce a naval blockade, Iran will consider it a violation of the ceasefire agreement and will close the Strait of Hormuz.
